Pens are just shorthanded and they are playing to be smart, get the puck deep and limit the islanders transition. But no question Pens are doing what they can to make a go of it. Sully seems at his best when he plays guys who just stick to his mantra.

It would need to be Zucker, because he's not the answer on L2. I know we've been doing the 'well, with the Malkin-Kapanen combo before they got hurt . . .' game, but I'd hate to be all in on that. Not sure McCann is a much better option and still think Hextall needs to find a way to better leverage the combo, but of the available options, McCann is highly preferable to Zucker.
