No.

Matheson drives the play a lot. He makes a lot of mistakes defensively, but he brings a lot in transition.

Ruh is a fine player, but he is does not bring as much. He is less risky though.

Matheson is a massive liability defensively, while being a black hole offensively, despite playing like a forward in the offensive zone.

He gives me Fluery handling the puck vibes, he's going to screw the Pens big time in a playoff overtime game.
