Man, Gallant has to start Shesty. Georgie has played well of late, but dont trust him enough to shut down Oil offense. Shesty's passes, will work wonders on their defense. Predicting a goal and an assist if he plays.

Hoping for this:

Lindgren Fox
Miller Trouba
Jones Nils

But we will likely see this if Nemeth doesnt return

Lindgren Fox
Miller Trouba
Hajek Nils

Let's remember Shesty was just hurt, I don't think we should be playing him in back to back games at this point. Georgiev also played well during that time, let's hope he can keep it going.

Trouba should be sussied but if not then he should be given a game off to regroup and at least get back to his early season Mayfield form.

Don’t want to sit geo too long as he’s shown he sucks after not playing too long, and Shesty had another groin strain and it’s a back to back. Pretty clear to me who gets the start here…

Agree Georgiev should get the nod here... his recent play at minimum means he's earned the second half of back-to-backs especially given Igor's recent return from injury. Not much to think about, really.

Let's not underestimate the return of Lindgren and Rooney tonight. Lindgren's return will substantially see an uptick in Fox's play. Also Rooney will do the same for the 4th line. Which has been one of our strengths this season.

This surely makes missing Panarin more manageable.

McKegg has been doing yeoman's work on the 4th line. And he and Reavo will benefit from the return of Rooney. I see the 4th line paying big dividends tonight. If not scoring, at least hemming them deep in their own zone for long stretches. They will be pumped playing at home, as every hit and battle won brings a roar from the crowd.

This game is another big test for us. Second game of a back to back against a playoff team., without our top scorer. A big two points before heading west against some of the top teams there.

What does this even mean?
That slew foot was vicious. League should be cracking down. His play was unbelievable. I thought he was drunk after the first period. Then the first shift of the second period might have been his funniest moments as a Ranger.
