[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

I just try to focus on the next shot, next save, and then go from there.
Just enjoy the game, enjoy winning, and then go there and get some starts. It’s a great thing.
- Antti Raanta

It was pretty exciting. You dream of that since you were a kid and to get my first one is huge.
It took a while, but I'm excited. I'm happy about it.
- Brady Skjei

Raanta does what a goaltender's supposed to do and give you a chance to win.
He made that timely save at the beginning of the second period that I thought was a difference-maker in this game.
He's playing and the guys in front of him are playing really hard and well, so that's what we expect.
- Alain Vigneault

We're 3-1 thus far in this really tough stretch of games. I'd like to go at least 4-3 or 5-2 in these next seven to keep pace with the other ridiculous teams in this division. That would be amazing with the injuries and strength of the current schedule.

Guessing Raanta gets this one, and he should. Two game shutout streak going against his former team yet again - no brainer.

Saying Zucc scores tonight. Pirri ended his drought, now it's Zucc's turn. He needs a goal badly.

Zuccy looked really good against the Devs. Probably his best performance since those games on the west coast a month ago. Hopefully a turning point.

Another win and another game at 50+ CF%, please.

Keep both streaks going. Winning and good play.

I never worry about Zucc. He never really hurts you when he is not going well....but it would be nice to see him score soon!

Seabrook and Toews are possibly back tonight. I believe they're traveling with the Hawks, at the very least.

Me as well. He hasn't had a great scoring season thus far, and he's only had one, 4 game pointless stretch. So, its no stretch to think that he may be lighting it up soon.

I'm predicting that our "scary" (and i do mean scary in a bad kind of way) 3rd line...........are going to do something special tonight. Maybe kick in a couple of goals......it would be welcome.

The "boys are back" so, they'll be happy and Grabner should be 100% by now.

Our 4th line has veen "chugging and lugging" it. Been very good lately with the addition of Hrivik. He should stay this time, he deserves it.

Hank's next game should be vs Nashville, an away game should be easier on the nerves. For him and for us. But, I have faith Hank will get it together.

Did everyone else read the Brooks article saying that Miller had an x-ray on his arm that came back negative?

I'm getting concerned about the beating his body is taking.

He blocks way too many shots. It's gritty and all, but he's going to get himself injured.

He missed games in the World Cup (or whatever that tourney was called) after blocking a shot, and has left a couple games early this year after blocking shots. Not including the game Zucc hit him on the knee and he needed stitches.

I would hope that Nash gets back in the lineup soon....and Buchnevich.

Klein had one of his better games against New Jersey. Pretty much expect the same lineup tonight for the Rangers.

I think we have a goalie controversy...and I like it.

Me thinks your crazy, but I too........love that we have a more than responsible back up that is performing like he is............imagine where we would be if he was subpar?

I don't imagine Hank needs to be pushed, in fact i think its more like "pressure", but Hank should be used to that.

Just 2 goals and 3 assists in his last 13. It's pretty easy to see that something is hurting him, in fact could be multiplicious hurts. It's not just his "drought", you can see he doesn't have that "jump".

I like this move because Raanta gets to face the Blackhawks again, and play at MSG. Hank will get Dallas on the road this Thursday in a building he loves and plays well in and has less of the home pressure to deal with.

Puempel and Nash are skating in red non-contact jerseys. No update on Buch (probably update at AV presser)
