Because he'd probably be able to make smarter decisions if he wasn't as overworked as he is. Like I said, Girardi is the direct result of the Rangers being hemmed in their own zone for a handful of minutes more times than I really want to remember, and with less ice time he'd probably be able to cut down on those mistakes. I'm not saying there isn't any other player on the Rangers that has ever done this in history, but Girardi's are much more glaring to me.

That's a lot different than saying Girardi is a below average defenseman. Again, why do you think people jumped on you for such a stupid comment? If you had simply posted this, no one would have cared.
