It was a treat hearing Sam and JD calling the game for a few minutes there. I was hoping for an "Ohhh Babby!" from JD. Would've been a complete reunion.

It always disappoints me during football season when Sam is off doing a football game instead of at his rightful place with the Rangers. It's bad enough when the game is only broadcast on NBC, it's even worse when it's on MSG but no Sam!

I was referring to the game broadcast though, not pre-game ceremony. I think it was either the latter part of the 1st or early 2nd period that JD came in the booth and Sam urged him to call the action on the ice with him. I think Micheletti even left the booth. That was awesome.
