Yep. The 6 PPG against the Nordiques was hilarious.

"It's a Power Play goal!"

Love Sam, good stuff, looking forward to the next show which is actually an interview with him.

The 30th Anniversary was a good program, wish it was longer. He had a lot of great calls in the 80s and 90s that they couldn't include.

One recent moment that stood out that I wish they included was in the 2007 Playoff sweep against Atlanta. Great call by Sam.

It's a great production, with lots of choice tidbits of Rangers history.
Sam is very professional. I hope that he is mentoring some up and comers.

The greatest thing about the tribute to Sam was that he returned to the booth right after it. Usually tributes come after one retires and you have to rely on your DVR, DVDS, Tapes and memories. We get to hear him again. He’s engraved in my DNA.

Just not the same listening to Milbury and company.

We as Rangers fans are really fortunate for having Sam when compared to who other teams have calling their games. Not a fan of Joe. Always wished they got Richter to call games with Sam.

I am pretty lucky between the Knicks (Breen and Clyde), Rangers (Sam and Joe), and Mets (Keith, Ron, and Gary) are all great broadcasters. Even Kenny and Dave do a great job for Rangers on ESPNRadio and Howie and Josh Lewin for Mets Radio are great.

My teams might suck, but at least my announcers don't.

We're very fortunate with Sam all these years. Hoping he can go at minimum another five to seven years.

They really have to work on this playoff thing. I hate how it becomes solely national after the first round. You root for a team, your broadcasters should carry you through the entirety of a post season as well.
