If it's a muscle injury like a hamstring, depending on the severity, it's unfortunate for Tampa from a ltir standpoint because it probably won't keep him out until playoffs. Tampa likely won't be able to use his cap space but would be without their best dman in the crucial stretch trying to win the Atlantic. Hopwfully, it's not serious and it'll be only a week or so (maybe less with any luck).

it is motivation issue, harder to play against weak team than against strong team.
