Andreoff sucks balls. You have an extra attacker and it's him and Clifford on the ice. It's terrible ducking coaching. Pearson and Carter, the only guy scoring goals on the bench. Yeah, let's put andreoff out there cause he's close to Miller.

Sorta like when Carter moved to center, he can really fly and see more of the ice, and was totally showing those flashes there. Hope he built some confidence. Him and LaDue were phenomenal tonight.

Gaborik = trash
Muzzin = has completely forgotten how to play hockey
Andreoff = bonehead

Muzzin can't keep the puck in, forgets where the blue line is, turns the puck over repeatedly, etc.
Meanwhile Martinez is out there playing 200 ft and people want him traded over Muzzin?

Andreoff sucks balls, but he's the one going to the net at 5v5. Not like Carter and Pearson didn't have their own failed chances to score earlier in the game.

The supposed top two dmen on the team are playing their worst hockey this season. Doughty has helped the team win many games in the past, but his crappy play this season is hurting the team this season. Him, Kopitar and Muzzin have not pulled their weight. Toffoli as well.

At least Lewis is performing as well if not better than he normally would. Martinez has had his ups and downs but is playing better away from the Muffin. The young guys are really standing out as well.

Too bad Sutter insists on playing McNabb over Gravel though. As if his physical play benefits the Kings. What an archaic way of thinking.
 
Part ways with Sutter, move Lombardi out of a roster decision role, trade Muzzin, hope McNabb gets taken by Vegas and blow this mother****er up. Soon to be one playoff win in 3 years it's time for sweeping changes in this organization.

If someone would have told the Kings the game started at 7, we would have been okay.

Yeah, reaaaaallly hoping this was McNabb's last hurrah. Only other thing I wonder is if Gravel is banged up yet again. Beyond that, it was already inexcusable a game ago.
 
Now if Kopitar had the puck on that play, he'd skate up to the blueline and make a harmless play to put the puck down low.

All those blown PP opportunities in the third really made a difference.
 
0-3 in the 3 games after their last big break. Down 2-0 in the first 5 minutes of the first game back against Arizona too. Then whatever the hell happened before tonight's game started. You'd think they would come out with a big 1st period effort against Nashville on Thursday, but you can't trust them to do it. No idea which team will show up.

Most disappointing part of the game?

DS - Top guys didn't have a very good night.
 
3 of Kempe's 4 assists have been great passes. Making plays in his first week, that half the forwards on this team cannot seemingly make. He seems to rise to the occasion, when it counts. Like in the 2015 WJC for Sweden playing as good as Nylander.
And then arriving in Manch as the playoff began and scoring 8 playoff goals as an 18 year old. Some say he was at least a year away, just days ago. And that he does not have a scoring touch. Have seen he gets knocked off the puck and needs more strength, no doubt. But he will get there. He may not have a natural goal scorer's touch, but he has a good shot and good release and will score goals. Glad they didn't trade him.
 
Well that was craptastic. Whats with spotting the opposition a few goals before waking up? I'd make the guys set their alarm clocks an hour earlier.

-Mcnabb sucked ass

-Big Ben should go back to the electric blue mask, it must have kept him awake.

- Kopi is starting to wake up at least.

Kings are off until Thursday. I don't anticipate them playing well against Nashville. More often than not, this team always comes unprepared for the opening 20 minutes, even more so after extended breaks.
 
And the Washington Capitals after that. We'll go over a week without winning with these kinds of efforts. Then, they'll play down to Arizona and Buffalo.

Stick a fork in this team, coaching, and management.

We have heard this too many times this season.

This will not get fixed if Doughty and Kopitar continue with this kind of play, and I'm not talking about just this season.

Kopitar's contract will be the worst in the NHL if he doesn't get back to being at least a 25-40 player.
