I was praising a rookie for creating chances and sustaining pressure and making some good passes on a shift with Kopitar's line.

If you want to ride Muzzin's jock, nobody is stopping you.

I'm not "riding Muzzin's jock", he's been hot garbage all year. Just pointing out your double-standard ********.

Listening on the radio.

" Gaborik with the puck in front of the net. Tip, shot score"
I am thinking great.
Then they explain what happened sigh

One is a rookie, one isn't. It's like picking on Kempe when you have garbage like Gaborik making a mistake that directly resulted in a goal.

Yah I don't get the complaints, he's a 20 year old rookie who looks more alive than most of the vets. Some of the comments are giving me "Pearson isn't ready" flashbacks.

On the replay it looked to be more of a terrible pass from Kopitar that handcuffed Gaborik. Doesn't really matter though. The only good news is the Kings didn't hit a post before they gave up the first goal.

So ****ing sick of this **** I can't even put it into words anymore.

Play a great period, but self-sabotage. Rinse, repeat for 82 games.

Martinez was written off after his first audition with the team. It'll all come together for these guys. Like Forbort who took a bit but is showing us why he's earned the coach's confidence.

It's not like he's repeatedly making costly mistakes and is a liability on the ice. When veterans are doing that, I don't see why we shouldn't be complaining about their brain farts. Especially when they're consistently bad.

I was talking to one my friends about this exact problem. Dominate zone time, give up a bad goal. Like clockwork. Rinse and repeat. Now we have to crawl our way back into this game again. Insanely frustrating.

Kempe looking great, Penalty Kill was perfect. Kopi's line had a few good shifts, but it just isn't enough. Can't keep giving up the first goal

I'm not even saying you should be lambbasting LaDue. Of course he's a rookie and is going to make mistakes. Just saying you can't praise one guy and roast another for the exact same play. Though I guess this is the internet, so carry on.

My complaint with him is what I said, he doesn't stop, like, ever. He just circles. Seriously see if you can spot a single hockey stop from the guy. I haven't seen one yet. I would like to see him further involved in the play and battle harder. Can he learn that? Sure, but right now it's a valid criticism of his game.

I think that's a fair criticism. It's one of those things where a rookie won't know a good rhythm the first time he comes up, works on himself in the offseason, and plays better next season. See: Forbort, Martinez, King, etc.

Hopefully he makes the transition.

Rebounds are there but the Kings offense is like a 13 year old boy trying to unsnap his first bra.

I was searching for something similar, you nailed it. Kings have the worst sticks in the league.
