Honestly that game didn't look much different than many other games lately, we just ended on the right side of the scoreboard, which is why it's so maddening most times. Though I will say in the first and much of the second we were hitting like it was 2012 again. Hope that showed them something...guys started hearing footsteps and fumbling the puck and getting rid of it a moment too soon because they were scared of being on the traintracks. That doesn't happen when we're doing flybys.

We were laying the gat damn BOOM in the first, Rocky. Lots to still be hopeful for.
 
Apparently the 3 stars of the game was hacked by the Russians. Sorry Iggy and your two goals, including the game winner , was the 4th star.
 
Maybe the logistics to the trade that caused Iginla to sit out was getting his skates sharpened?

Loved when Patty O'Neil asked Iggy how his two co-hosts played against him and OD and Stoll gave that uncomfortable/awkward laugh! Lmao! Then Stolly said "at least I never had to fight you" hahahaha :laugh:

Yeah, nice interview, must be easier after scoring twice. He was very well spoken, i was expecting a bit more derp for some reason.

Close game, I kind off enjoyed it, probably would have enjoyed it more if we were sitting pretty in the standings.

I was a little surprised the preds came back so strong on the shot clock, we were up something like 15-5 at one point.

Great to see the vets doing something positive anyway

That pad stack save was pretty important in the end, well done quickie

I forgot Dwight King was on the Kings, looks like Montreal fans will be wishing for the same soon. 4 games, -3, no points, 3 shots on goal and his ice time has dropped by a full 2 minutes. Thank God Lombardi stripped Sutter of another worthless grinder and replaced him with a player who has talent, upside and is capable of having big games.

Been saying it for years King is not needed Takes up to much time for what he produced. I did and still do hope king picks it up enough to be resigned We need the 3rd over the 4th

No doubt! You can still see he's lost some footspeed, but I haven't seen him that engaged since he played with Boston. Hopefully he can keep executing well and help bring in another cup.
