I don't know how this team wins games. It's such a mess from outside of their blueline to the end boards behind their net and in the offensive zone they can score but still pass up way too many shooting opportunities.

Yeah but not like the 1st period. Yeah Georgeiv have been excellent, that one save he made on that 1st Columbus PP really stood out to me the most.

Trouba’s missed shots give possession away. And having zero patience results in him not realizing that other people are in a better position to shoot. In addition, if teams figure out ADA isn’t a threat to shoot, they’ll figure out Trouba isn’t a threat to pass. And he’s just not a good puck-mover. ADA’s wrist shot isn’t limp. His slap shot is. His wrist shot is very good. Just needs to use it more like he was doing in the beginning of the year. His whole game is just off.

C'mon....Trouba isn't that at all....he's a shoot first when he gets the chance on the PP....and its silly to say he doesn't look for the pass (not a "threat")...no need to make him the "anti-ADA".

And yes, its very much a limp wrister....of course he gets the very rare harder shot off, but that's not the norm at all. He has great vision....he's not a PP QB....he just isn't. In my opinion, his skills are better used in a playmaking sort.....down low, where he can find players using his best skills. All he does from the point is feed it to the boards.....that's not optimum.
