Firstly, I don't think Toronto does that deal at all, but I would gladly give both if that's all they're asking.

Second, Panarin is not 'free.' He will take up an enormous % of the cap and is far more likely to have had his best years already than Nylander, who surely has his best in front of him.

Moreover, we can move Hayes if we acquire Nylander and recoup assets we give up for him.
