Well, that's the key. If our teams lack skilled finishers it wont, if we have skilled finishers with a long streak of bad luck it will. PDO wont give you an answer to it. The interpretation of a SH% of 10% tonight is luck not skill. If we repeat it in 10-20-30-40 games it becomes skill.

Seems like you're defaulting to luck. There's no way we should have that low of a shooting percentage, I'm sure we won't be at 6.25% all year. We had a similar team late last year and the shooting percentage was nowhere near this bad. That said, I just don't think it'll necessarily come close to 1.000.
 
I don't get scratching MDZ for Falk. I know MDZ is a ****ing Grateful Dead trip in his own zone, but Falk is just as bad defensively without the off chance of scoring a highlight reel goal.

Well, with 14 of 24 games with a sh% below 6% a game with 10% is kind of lucky. Same as shootouts. With a history this season of 4 out 24 your lucky to get one , but it is not achievable without substantial skill.
 
I thought King Cam would definitely be starting this one. This is a good game to get Lundqvist going again though. I think. I am scared of whoever we play, actually.
 
Well the class I have tomorrow, I took it voluntarily ... so it doens't really matter. See there is also a grew zone.

I mean even if I had class, I'd might go. It's university. It's not like I'm in school. I usually lay my schedule in a way that watching hockey until 4 AM is no biggy. Also I'm an owl.

Seems as good a night as any to start a win streak though.
Lets just enjoy the last 15 min before the game starts. Will be plenty of negativity later on I am sure, haha

Haha, no I am not. Actually pretty confident tonight.
BUT, even with a win I am sure there will be plenty of unhappy campers around.

I just hope they changed the PP units. PP has been horrible the last couple of weeks or so
