2. The forward does not recognize the pinch and does not skate to cover. Malkin needs to get to that blue line quick but he's pretty deep. (But this is on MM. You don't pinch on that play, he also has to know where Malkin is...)
3. Another cherry pick 2 on 1 with Ceci in no position to challenge either.
4. Ranger player at full speed dekes, fakes shot, shows, pass goes top shelf.
4. Goalies fault.

Why do we even watch? They’re Mediocre at best with no signs of improvement, no lottery pick to look forward to, Crosby no longer puts on a show or gives full effort, they don’t score much, they don’t defend well, goaltending is average at best.

I mean all of that can be true while it was still a bad goal for DeSmith to give up.

Getting beat short side after biting hard on a fake shot attempt, which caused you to go down and expose the top of the net, is a bad goal against.

Love some of the players on this team.......but I can't help it, I'm tired of Sullivans Penguins.
Used to be my favourire team to watch.
Sully really could mail his game plan in. He does not even need to be there. Deploys the same game all night no matter what the score is.

what’s the point of it all?

I recommend putting it on the radio over watching it live. Substantially more enjoyable to listen to the game in the background over watching it.
