Better coaching. I watched some Davos highlights, and he's utilizing all of the ice not just teh right side. Check out this goal (start at 2:05 mark of the video). Opponents are slower in NL so that helps, but he goes left to right and nails a Backhand Luke.
I think part of the problem is that he can't think at NHL speed. NL is one step below AHL, Czarnik is the leading scorer in the league right now, and Zadina has 8 points less.
