what would san jose give up for swayman?
I seen people think the Bruins are willing to pay 14+ for a right winger who isn't better then Pastawhat's all this Marner nonsense I'm seeing on the socials
Not sure but I’d love Askarov, lolwhat would san jose give up for swayman?
RFA 27-28 season. They have him next 2 seasons at 2 mil per.Not sure but I’d love Askarov, lol
There is no way the Bruins will be getting Misa.
Only problem with Lindholm is his offensive ability to create plays. If he was a 4-5 mill third line center he would be considered a great reliable center. But he is paid like a first line center and has underperformed as that.
What about Boeser, could we use another Canuck?

If I was running the nhl and could fix thisI mean there is literally a 19% chance they pick 1st or 2nd.
They need to focus on signing Geekie he’s 26Offer sheet Knies
Should say he is paid like “our” number 1 center and that is what he was brought in to be.He is paid as much as Dimitri Orlov. He didn’t live up to his #2C contract, but if you think a 1C gets 7.75 in free agency you haven’t been paying attention.

I think he thought Lindholm would be a Bergeron for them. I think he also took a risk thinking Coyle and Zacha would either match or exceed their previous stats and solidify a second line. Neither came to fruition. Sweeney no doubt at the beginning of the year thought this team would challenge in the playoffs. I thought they were solidly a playoff team too. Whatever happened it just seems the chemistry wasn’t there from the beginningThat's fair insofar as he was brought in to be a top 6 center, and default #1, but I am not sure I believe that Sweeneely's plan was to acquire Elias and call it good- I think they always have known they'd probably need someone else to be the #1 going forward.

There are four (4) NHL centers making over $12M per year. Three (3) more make over $10M. That’s it.Less than 8 million is not first line centre money.
12 million plus is.
Hopefully the future #1 is drafted this summer. Until he’s ready, we have an assortment of players to fill the centre role.
Lindholm, Mittelstadt, Minton, Kastelic will likely be the starting 4 next season.
Completely agree. I hate beating a dead drum but I'm going all in on Ehlers this offseaon. Marner is obviously the prize but I just don't see it as a realistic option and we're talking the difference between 14 aav and probably 8-9 aav.I don’t think what they need is a guy who can score if someone else does all the work. They need some players that do the work of getting the puck, transporting it, and setting up plays. Brock does none of that. If this was the Bergeron/Krejci Bruins I’m all over it. But they need to find a line driver for the other top 6 line.
Bruins have enough 'meh' players leaving you wanting more.Boeser rejecting 5x8$ from VAN is wild until you remember that Vancouver is a shit show. I’m sure he would take that deal from many other teams this summer, I just hope the Bruins aren’t offering him that. He shouldn’t get more than 6 in a Bruins sweater because of the roadblock that would cause to acquire the higher quality talent we need in wing. We don’t need more ex Canucks, and it would be a bummer if he was the “top add” this off season.
