I would make it around Carlo when Lindholm returns. Kreider and Othmann coming back. Add Lysell and have Rangers retain salary on Kreider.

That should be enough offense to do some damage in the playoffs if Swayman gets his act together.

Othmann, Perrault, Laf, Cuylle I’ve read is why they are doing this- their nucleus going forward

Only way Sweeney gets Othmann in this is if he knows where Drury lives and kidnaps his dog and uses his release as part of deal

Palmieri is having a really good season & being a UFA to be should be cheap.He has 12 goals 25 pts on a pretty avg Islanders team.I see him as type player Boston can afford to target and could fit .I do not want to trade our 1st rd pick.Anyhow my 2 cents

Thought about this again Dom - and it got me to wondering - how long you’ve been in the OHL and did either of the only two guys who made it to the O and I shared an ice surface with ever pop up on your radar if you were around in the early 90’s still - Timmy O’Connor or Eric Stamp?

I was kind of tongue in cheek to all the Bruins fans who look at Bruins through only stats and nothing else

However, my daughter lives in Austin a quick drive to Texas Stars and has picked Stars as her second fav team / I like them anyways so I’m a Stars guy

I think they are the best organization right now but they are still not getting it done - kind of the Western Conference Bruins which not surprising with Nill running them

Robertson should be crushing it and you raise great point and big surprise to me about the bursts

I’m rooting for them - getting beat by Rangers was not good

I don't remember O'Connor at all. Did he ever make it to the OHL? I do remember Stamp though only because of a game at the old Ice Palace in London where London coach Gary Agnew was absolutely livid with him and had to be restrained by his players from jumping on the ice after Stamp got into a fight with one of his players.

Well St. Louis has eight prospects in the WJC . Perhaps a few good prospects and a 1st round pick.
