Newton, MA.
I know you’re just posting new stuff that pops out there in the ether, but I despise sites like Yardbarker, SI (now) and Fansided. They all started out as essentially fan blogs and now read like they’ve been written by AI.

Again, not a shot at you, dude. Just really hate these sites.
I like Yardbarker.

The others you mentioned, no. Fansided is negative, sensationalist garbage.

Other than the podcasts I watch on YouTube - Poke the Bear, Bruins Beat, Pucks With Haggs, all eminating from Bruins Rinkside - and a few basic sources, I don't really know where to find informative, non-snark Bruins news and analysis.

I don't subscribe to the Globe or Herald, although Connor Ryan's stuff on boston.com/Boston Globe is a daily check.

If you, or anyone else, might point me toward fruitful pastures, I would greatly appreciate your guidance,

✌️❄️

No issues with a reclamation project for free.

Heinen, JVR, Zacha to an extent. There's a track record. Ya some are going to be TJs.

It's amazing he's only 24. My god his hands.

Like that they're taking a flyer on Wahlstrom. He has some skill and he can't possibly make things worse.
No it can't, and he has NHL time so that matter for something. Zacha was a #1 pick and he can play, if this kid as #1 pick can do the same, then Donnie boy did well. 24 years old I am all on board.

Would anyone do Coyle for Zibanejad?

Zibanejad is the superior player but he has is not having a good year and could be starting to decline. He's 31 with 5 more years at $8.5m while Coyle is 32 with 1 more year at $5.25, so move would be to shed cap from Rangers POV.

I don't think it's the right direction for the B's (I think they should be looking at Cozens, Mercer, guys like that), but it's also a "shake up the roster, we're not giving up on this group" type of deal I could see them trying to make.
Moot point because no-way the rags do this. Mercer would be sweet.

Maybe

I’m more worried about the Rangers as I have someone close to me who’s a Rangers fan

Bruins will be fine the Rangers are done. Dead, it’s over
Why do you think the Rangers are done? They are a lot like the Bruins, cornerstones in goal (Shesterkin), D (Fox) and 1 forward (Panarin), some aging vets like Kreider and Zib (Marchand) - but the Rangers also have some youth keepers like Cuylle and Lafreniere that the Bruins can't match. Not much on either farm.

The bruins have way too many Frederic s on the team. Bunch them up and hopefully trade for another Debrusk. BTW keep Koepke and give him time with Pasta or Marchand.
Awful take. They need scorers but there is a reason other teams are interested in Frederic. Players that can play 16:00 a night, hit, fight and be a general nuisance are highly valued. I wish Frederic was more consistent playing that way, only complaint I have with him.
