I think we can safely conclude that Bruno is a f***ing idiot and Trotz has made a huge blunder continuing to trust him and making personally decisions based on Brunos dumbass coaching.

I'm gonna have to disengage from this team and hockey just like I've had to disengage from politics. The anger it's causing isn't healthy.

In seriousness though, I feel you. My four-letter word to post ratio has gone through the roof the past half year.

Yeah. The benchings...Brunette. He came in and immediately started benching people. He is an abrasive guy. The only way a coach like him survives is with dominant success.

He is living off the end-run stretch last year. He needs to find something, or he is going to be fired. There is nothing redeemable about his coaching right now. He has pissed off everyone: fans, young players, veterans. He holds grudges. He throws his players under the media bus.

Honestly, I don't get it. He is as far away from a developmental coach as possible. We have pissed away multiple first round players now (three, four if you count Askarov) simply because he absolutely refused to play them or coach them.

Who is the third? Fabbro and Tomasino so far, are you counting Parssinen?

And Beaver....finally had people understanding the Bundesliga BS... shoulda re-signed them and maybe add Skeig. Sherwood, Zucker blah blah. This last offseason is starting to look like the scene in A Perfect Storm where the sun breaks through after they turned around and they thought they would make it out. Reality ... They should have stayed the course and might not have sacrificed their future

The future can still be incredibly bright for this team. There are a lot of first round prospects and a lot of picks coming. We have talent on the ice and in Milwaukee. You still have to find a coach that can get the most out of them, a coach that can grow young players game, and find that elusive top center

Near where sand and waves meet.
Tomasino didn't mesh with the top nine while here. Spend less than half his TOI last season with McCarron yet still got over half his points on plays involving McC. He's now in a situation where he's a tertiary threat and capitalizing. Assists from Gino and Bunting ... players defenses focus on. Great for him in his first three games.

He’s playing with O’Connor and Malkin. Just Bunting on PP2

I wasn't always impressed with Tomasino's work ethic or his willingness to battle for pucks but I thought he looked better this year and never really got a chance.

I guess Brunette made up his mind last season that Tomasino and Fabbro were never going to get to play. He probably should have told Trotz back then so he could have done something different last trade deadline or over the summer.

Outside of Kemell and maybe Schaefer, who else is left in Milwaukee? We have Wood, Molendyk, Surin, Gibson, Edstrom and Stiga? Outside of Molendyk being paired with Gibson, I’m not terribly excited.

No number 1C. Maybe a couple of 2C’s if they pan out and that’s if they pan out. I’m sorry but after 25 years of watching this franchise, I have no faith in them to develop top 3 talents, let alone top 6 talents.

As much as I despised Hynes, he had to let the kids play and they did all right with him behind the bench. Maybe if, and I hate that I’m saying this, we kept Hynes, kept playing the kids, we might’ve sucked but we might have been fun to watch. Maybe they would’ve grown getting consistent minutes and learning from guys like ROR, Fil and Gus.

That point streak was the death blow of us, we just didn’t know it at the time.
