I thought he was going nowhere and headed off to Switzerland years ago. But he seems to have re-invented himself in some way and found some measure of success in other organizations since?
I'm also amazed by this player's start so far in the AHL... didn't think he was going anywhere, but he is having a heckuva start in Calgary:
