I do believe that LFC played bad and I agree they deserved the loss but the way it was handed out like that is kind of ridiculous. I do think Slot should start already panicking the team has played bad two games in a row, that's not a good sign at all.

It’s not a coincidence they are in a slump since he’s been out

Of all people, Van Dijk should be the last one complaining about missed red cards given how many red card offenses he gets away with

Liverpool will still take the tie, I am pretty sure. But I think the game will be an important one in the long run because while Bergvall hasn't been BAD, he has looked really young and timid at times but it seemed today he looked like he belonged for the 1st time in a big match.

Plus, they may just have bought themselves a keeper

And for as bad as Konate (who should not have even been playing) was on that goal, the biggest reason that it happens is Tsimikas is off the field getting “treatment” from the tackle that not just LFC fans agree Bergvall should have been sent off for.

Just another botched ref decision at that ground in a game between these two. Onto the next game

Yep, that 1st yellow for Bergvall was a poor decision.

Yellow cards are not done in isolation.

LFC did not lose because of the ref. But Tottenham’s goal scorer should not have been on the pitch. Onto Leg 2.

My first thought whenever the site is down is that the Leafs have made a trade. Them going from No. 9 to No. 5 in the NHL power rankings didn't quite seem like enough to make the site crash, but I did entertain the idea

The part about not being a foul is something I mentioned after seeing the replay. It didn’t look like the ref gave the advantage signal but instead pointed to the ball as if he thought Bergval had got the ball and thus it was a legal tackle.

That’s obviously an absurd decision to anyone with eyes, but at least it makes sense why he didn’t issue a card.

Don’t get me started (in general) on the media. They are just going to ask whatever gets the most clicks/attention.
