The New York Islanders announced their 23-man, season-opening roster.
The club's final roster moves, prior to closing training camp today, included loaning defensemen Adam Pelech and Ryan Pulock to the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League. The club also placed Eric Boulton on injured reserve with a lower-body injury.

The club also announced that right wing David Clarkson (back), defenseman Jacob Graves (knee), defenseman Dillon Heatherington (wrist), right wing Keegan Kolesar (supra-umbilical hernia), goaltender Joonas Korpisalo (groin) and defenseman John Ramage (shoulder) have been placed on the Injured Non-Roster list.
