This is one of those games that's perfect for Biron to play in.

Ottawa is a tough team, but with the injuries, they lack scoring. We're also at home, about to go on a 4 game road trip. Hank needs rest. This is a pretty big game standings wise, but I don't see how you can start Henrik. Starting Biron just makes too much sense.

Since Ryan "hands like feathers" Callahan has added this new skill element to his game, I'd like to see the scoring spread out a bit among the Top 9 so we can stop relying exclusively on Rick Nash 3rd period magic.

And what the hell does Boyle bring that Kreider can't? Let CK work it out up here and tell the kid to just skate his ass off. He certainly didn't seem like a defensive liability out there.

My plan...

Start Hank tonight.

Day off tomorrow.

Start Hank against Washington on Sunday.

Two days off...

Play Biron away against Buffalo on the 12th.

Tonight's game is too important, and you need your best goalie in there to give the team the best chance to win.

To me working hard is being in an athletic position for long periods of time, with a ton of lateral moves. Last night it was a pretty easy night for him in that regard. Saw some rushes back and forth but the play was in the Isles end the majority of the night.

He had to make some big saves yes but was standing up most of the game.
