Never heard of that visor penalty, stupid penalty if you ask me. Especially with all that crap about making visors mandatory.

Didn't think Haley's hit was a charge. Maybe in slow-mo he might have left his feet but I couldn't tell in real time.

Either way Rangers deserved that PP.

There's been a lot of talk about making visors mandatory, but with a penalty that frowns upon wearing one makes it seem like they don't care about player safety as much.

It's a dumb penalty in my opinion.
