I guess since you don't care what anyone says I shouldn't try to make the argument that a top pairing/PMD defenseman is much of of a GLARING need.
 
Of course we need a top 2-3 dman to cement this team as a contender. But if you could only improve one area on the team right now, it is the goaltending without question, its not even close.

I didn’t see the couts goal, but the first three were not on him. He also played quite well on weds. And over the past few weeks he’s been solid.

The d and effort is this team’s downfall; it’s pretty clear. They either look just OK or absolutely terrible in their own zone.
