Honestly would I be off base saying that McDonagh was pinned in his own zone every shift at even strength? He looks beyond rusty. Can't handle the puck at all.

McDonagh's timing is way off with the puck, especially on the powerplay, but he didn't do anything stupid defensively, that's the important thing.

Fast is fine. Glass doesn't do anything better than him except get his ass kicked and sport a mullet.

Miller is young. He nonetheless has 63 NHL games so far. Needs to show more consistency and responsible defensive to play the NHL game as a regular - Especially in the role that the team has in mind
He turned it over plenty in the defensive zone. Just didn't cost us which is a good thing.
And not worried by any means, he just played poorly that period.

If Fast grew a mullet, he'd look like one of the bad guys from the original karate kid.
15 million times the hitter that Fast is. Or any other forward on this team.
That and fighting over the last couple of years is the only things that Glass is good at.

But Dom moore turning pucks over all over the place this season he's been just as responsible for the lousy play of the 4th line this season. Not winning key faceoffs either.

The team that is getting outplayed is often the team that is getting more Hits; Glass is the epitome of that.
Glass racks up a 43,521,543,252 hits because the other team always has the puck when he's on the ice.

Oh, I think Glass is terrible as well, just disputing the point the poster was trying to make.
Trash Glass all you want but do admit he's a good hitter. And hitting has a function in this league.

#Rangers D. Moore finished first period with a Corsi of +7, Stempniak was +4. Neither allowed a shot attempt.
4th line isn't a problem today, even with Fast on it. You can wax poetic about Miller all you want but he doesn't deserve to be here yet.

I watched him turn the puck over about 3 times in that period and every other game
