The 4th line probably will barely play at all. It's not a big deal. WPG does the same thing. Their 4th line gets like 5 mins/game.

pretty obviously a concussion. If it was a weird neck issue that lingered he wouldn’t say “well I think you guys can figure it out”.

lot of posters here pretended like it was unheard of that the Rangers might not want to admit what this actually very clearly was.

They won't, but with that quote Mika confirmed it.

That said, he's a concussion away from possibly losing a career.

On the bright side, Crosby has been in that spot for quite some time.

This is a big night for me. Having been born with the athleticism of a cheesewheel, I never got to chase the big rounds numbers I dreamed of. This is a big round number.

Despite the fact that I may seem angry a lot of the time or complain about this place (or the team), this community means an awful lot to me. Hell, I wish there were an HF for the other sports I follow. I talk about the Yankees more here than anywhere else.

It's hard to believe this is my 10th different Rangers season since joining. I was a plucky kid when I signed up and now I'm a grown ass man with a job and bills. I've grown up here in a way.

More importantly I've made friends for life. And I mean"real life" friends, and I hate that f***ing term because it's 2019. I've been to an HF wedding, I've been to games with multiple posters, draft events, I've had posters visit me when they're in New York which is crazy, and there's people in my life I talk to every day all because of this dump.

It's a wonderful thing to have a place where you feel important, respected, and listened to, even if people don't always like what you have to say. I thank everyone for that, even if we haven't always gotten along.

Here's the bad news: come 2028 you gonna be hearing a 200k speech because I'm not going anywhere. And I hope most of you aren't either.

Now I really wanna f***ing win this game so let's go!

The noticable queues of coming back from a concussion:

Shys away from Physical Contact and the dirty areas. --> Take a look at Nash after one of his nashty concussions where it looked like he didn't want to touch anyone for 2 weeks.

How long before the NHL requires black and white injury releases like the NFL? Maybe another class action lawsuit will do the trick.

In all this time, I've never asked you if your username comes from the band, which I love. I always assumed it did.

Honestly, meeting @Machinehead was a great time. Definitely worth the experience. He's exactly the same person that you'd think would type the things he does, lolol.
