How do People watch Pionk's overall game and not consider him a Ryan Ellis lite or at least a top 4 dman?
He gets the shot thru from the point better than any Ranger dman on the pp since probably Zubov.

His percentage of PP shots on goal versus PP shots attempted is one of the worst in the league...

Dude, me too. This is the 3rd game in the past 4 or 5 games that I’ve missed the first 5 minutes. And every time, the Rangers have scored a goal or two within that time frame. I’m so mad I missed a Chytil goal and an ADA assist. Maybe I should just not watch games. At least I saw the Pionk goal. Thank God.

He's shooting 25% on the PP and 25% of his attempts go through, so pretty much everything that goes through goes in.

I don't think that's sustainable, but maybe he is historically good, what the f*** do I know?

That's the hang up as far as why many do not consider him top 4. I do think the positioning, gap control, breakouts can are things that can be worked on and if he takes a step forward there then there's reason to be really excited.

I have Comcast and it seems the HD feed is the Islanders announcers (there’s a standard def feed for Rangers). Did you find a Rangers HD feed?
