July 1 I’d bring in Jacob Trouba, Jeremy Lauzon, Jamie Benn and Anthony Mantha. I’d also bring back Arvidsson.
Gone would be Peake, Lohrei, Zacha and Kuraly.
Peake simply sucks aside from shootouts (snicker). Lohrei hates physical play as well as defense. Kuraly is useless. Zacha is a good player in mid-November non-physical games, but he totally disappears when the playoffs begin.
My new adds would add the leadership we’ve been completely missing since Chara.
I’d simply move Zacha and Lohrei to whoever made the best offer. Done!

I just don't understand how the sky can be falling when Sweeney mentions checking in on Peeke but when he talks about extending Zacha, the response is that he has to be traded bc he wants max money and term. In the same presser that Don mentions being far apart in years and dollars from Arvidsson. Like is Don telling the truth or is he lying?
