Why write it in stone when clearly there are exceptional cases?

It’s not like the voters are organizing to get these results. They’re simply demonstrating a consensus view.

Again, you’re only arguing about an issue of degree here. You disagree with consensus about the balance of individual and team factors, which is completely fine. But it doesn’t mean others are being unreasonable.
