I still don’t really understand how Dickinson is 8 points/game for London besides being a turret. He just lacks something high end offensively to me.

Might've been too low on a Hutson again

I loved him at the 2023 u18s, and I remember asking how much worse he was than his bro, but I didn’t really go out of my way last year. But I’m going to need more conviction out of you this class considering I won’t watch. I want you so high on some roadkill that the poster with the Rocky photo rips you a new asshole.

I liked him but didn't fully trust it because everything outside of the playmaking/skill was inconsistent.

I don’t really know what else was available but how many of the USA defenders are you confident with the puck on their stick? Obviously Buium & Hutson are higher end but is Hensler the only other one that’s at least above average?

Think it’s a negative byproduct of the NTDP. Only so many of those minutes to go around. I do wonder if they are specializing these guys more than they should.

They were pretty fortunate to have the other Hutson, Casey, and Buium who didn’t even play on the PP last year at the WJCs. Rinzel too has decent puck skills.

5 on 5 Canada was very clearly the better team. Penalties, pretty much all completely boneheaded ones, absolutely stripped them of momentum.

Nice to see Luchanko, our future faster Laughton, get like 10 shifts all game.

Dude is the captain
True, but Yager forgot he was playing too.

The Flyers could have taken Buium and Hutson then we’d have both of them…

More impressed from what I saw from Hutson and Molendyk than Buium.

But this might be one reason they dropped, with the change in rules, it's easier for "slick" offensive defensemen to make it in the NHL, so the supply of viable prospects has increased.
