That hit from the goalpost looked like it was right on the clavicle. If that's the only damage, he'll be fine, with or without surgery. OTOH, if the shoulder ended up injured in some way that's a whole 'nother kettle of fish.

Looks like Canada plans to scratch Martone and dress Rehkopf.

The projected roster has Cowan, Pinelli, Howe and Gauthier on RW now - Sennecke is clearly better than all four, what a joke. Beaudoin, McKenna, Nadeau and Cataford on the left - only McKenna has stood out. Just terrible selection decisions. The whole advantage of being supposedly deeper with talent, is being able to roll three first lines. Canada left so much talent home trying to find "balance" that they barely have one first line.

Misa - Sennecke should be two thirds of a scoring line for this team and they didn't even get camp invites initially. These idiots are too busy covering up scandals to even watch hockey apparently.

It's a shame, really. You could probably pair Misa and Sennecke with whatever local goon you can find and still have a line that outplays 90% of all other lines in this tournament, because they have two standout players with lots of speed and grit as well as skill and one guy who just goes into the dirty areas to get shit done.

Hockey Canada has become an absolute clown show, unfortunately.

Were'nt the analysts (like The Athletic) or whatever you call them, having close or similar rosters that were actually picked?

Seems there are a lot of offensive talent left out not only Sennecke, but I think many "prognosed" it. Am I halucinating?
