I would say Bergqvist was OK. The very first game in WJC is always tough. It's fast & hungry. He needs to get his motor going. He's big, can skate & played a smart physical game. There's some tools for sure. Upside is probably a defensive D. Someone like Savard actually. He's another LD.

ASP has 3 goals & an assist for a 4 pt game.
Bergqvist is pretty raw , you can tell he's still a bit of a puppy with the big paws. The good news is we have until 2028 to make a decision on him, more than enough time to know if we've got something.

Yeah, he's going to be in Sweden for at least the next 3 years (including this season).
