Goaltendinf was great, but most shots were from far and outside, defensively Latvia was awesome. Blocking shots, blocking lanes, outworking Canada, etc. Great win as a team

Misa would be a better pker than Beaudoin. They need speed. Misa brings that, and he's good defensively. Plus, he's one of the best shooters in OHL. He has 30 goals in 30 games, and 61 pts. Like WTF???

That's why playing Latvia in a must win game is stressful. They'll play turtle hockey and kill you with a single goal.

Martone was benched in the 3rd, or at least most of it.

Not even a bit mad that Canada lost this game. Seeing how happy the Latvian players and coaches were while their anthem was playing was a pretty great moment to witness NGL.

Good, he deserves to be benched. He's not using his size. And I f***ing hate seeing Cowan and Ritchie trying to dangle the whole team solo. The only line I liked seeing on the ice was Pinelli Mckenna and Catton, but then Catton took too many dumb penalties and killed any momentum they could get. Yager was alright too, Price was good again, Molendyk was fine, but really everyone else was just munching minutes and doing f*** all

No one went to the net, all the shots came from outside when there was no one in front. The very few times they went there, the goalie was sprawling and they had opportunities. Team plays too cute

Bonk doesn't even quarterback a powerplay period, not even PP2. Bumper guy.

Cameron probably just noted he has a heavy shot and that's what he wants out of his QB, more than swift movement. Them not even bothering with Yakemchuk is a decision most curious.
