This team looks like they go from playing video games to an hour practice,the days of having the outdoor rink as canadas ace in the hole is being lost on our youth.and the cost has shown that it impedes some of the less fortunate to play thus eliminating alot of physicality, we have a nation of no hit wonders.you think shannahan or fluery,lindros,upshall,tootoo,ference,smith,butcher,roller,murry etc let the Canadian bench get chirped or allow Lil hutson to mock the crowd,man they would be in for a real hard forecheck with a purpose,but I'm not stating anything new so will leave it at that

I think international rules only really care if it was knee on knee. It would still be interference but probably not a major.

I have seen more undisciplined but not with the inability to score,but this team did not have things firing on all pistons so they should of played with more discipline for sure.

They are not. I commented in the game thread last night after his giveaway for the empty net goal that he should’ve been stapled to the bench after his selfish penalty.

I was met by a series of retorts saying they can’t bench him because they were trying to catch up, and that people are only complaining about him because he’s a Leafs prospect. Seems like a great many of them believe Cowan is Canada’s best player.

BAFFLING, yet not at all SURPRISING coming from that fan base.
