Wish we got to see Boisvert play at this level. I think he'd be a difference maker in big games
He SHOULD be on the team next year in a bottom 6 role. I’d hazard a guess he won’t because he’s playing college. That bias might be out the window if guys like Misa, Martone, and Mckenna jump as rumors suggest they might

I've seen the rumors but I'd be really shocked if McKenna goes. He probably should but thats a big statement.

With Moore: if you don’t like him, fine that’s fair. But who the hell do you take instead of him? I think everyone’s go to answer would be Perreault, but he’s REALLY struggled. Especially in the Finland/Canada games where the pace and intensity turned up. This is not a perfect science. You’ve got guys like Moore with upside concerns. You’ve got guys like Perreault and Musty with projectability concerns. I watch a lot of hockey outside the NHL and I love discussing these kids but the reality is we just don’t know

I liked Musty with that pick but he has had his own issues so far. I thought Perreault would have issues creating space for himself at this level, I haven't seen anything to change my mind on that. Stenberg was another guy I liked there, I thought he looked good at last year's U20, but I haven't kept up with his development. Honestly, Cal Ritchie might have been the pick, he's really been impressive since his surgery. I think the Avs got a good one.

The lack of offensive production from Team Canada Jrs. Canada is perplexing...Tgey get plenty of scoring chances but fail to convert or hit posts.. At 1 point they had a stretch out-shootingvthe UDA 17-2...Their PP has let them down...definitely missing Mathew Schaefer who woukdvhave been#2pp qb....but akso question if top goal scorer lijexLardis would have helped on the Po and Boisvert with his wicked shotcakso woukd have helped that PP....at a tournament like this it is hard to complete 3 and 4 touch passing plays that resultv in goals ....and if you break-away you need to finish past the opps goalie..Lardis and Boisvert can snipe with their shots ...obviously thev forwards selected by Canada uo front cannot get pucks past goalies at this competition level..McKenna has been unlucky hitting posts ..but overall I do not see many snipers who finish from pure shots and one-tiners ..it woul seem Canada insists one or 4 touch possessions too much and it has not paid off ..Their shot barragesx ave not worked when they finally let it go on net.Miissing some pure ellte shot artists.

You would think that Team Canada could´ve used guy like Nick Lardis on their pp? You know the leading goal scorer in OHL. Well there are few others that should´ve helped them in goal scoring that was left out.

I might be in the minority, but I think Mckenna is overrated. I'd much rather have a guy like Celebrini and possibly Schaefer

Let´s wait and see next years WJC and come back to that..

That turnover is the stuff I hate from him. Its almost like a predetermined decision. Not really processing the ice and playing a bit out of control.
He will fit right in with the current Hawks

See them doing dumb shit like that all the time
