Upgrade on Dragusin for sure.
True, but at this point who isn't. When Spurs bought Dragusin I told y'all he's not a PL player yet, but he regressed immensely this year, apparently losing all confidence in the process. He looks worse than he did when he was a 18 year old back up at bottom of the Serie A Salernitana. Van de Ven is injured again too btw, and his level is also miles below what he was playing last year. Let's see if Danso helps...

Don't get too excited about Dorgu... Saka's positional flexibility, Dumfries' physicality, and Antony's football IQ

Also using Quenda as a wingback is like using Yamal as a wingback ...
If Dorgu is there because he is making the pitch wider, that’s okay. If he is there to solve defensive issues? Oh boy. Lecce (!) switched him from LB/LWB to a inverted right wing because they weren’t happy with his D. I think this would have been a great signing for Amorim if he was still at Sporting. To jump to United level is going to be a leap

Al-Musrati close to Monaco

Also a hunch based on absolutely nothing except my own thoughts....

I could see Tel joining PSG.

Rouault from Stuttgart to Rennes, 13M

Interesting. I thought he was solidifying a spot this season.

Marin Ljubicic to Union Berlin is official

I remember when for a while there he was tearing up the Austrian Bundesliga. Picked him up and then flipped him in a trade. Very curious to see how he does with Union.

So many dumb things going today on the PL

Today? Try last how many years.

I get Florian is high tier but he's gotten so many transfers wrong last summer, can we trust this bloke?

I don't know mate. I'm more concerned if we can trust you or not with that avatar.

I could see Tel joining PSG.

I could too, but somebody is going to be unhappy in that scenario if all are healthy.

Supposedly Mickey was just getting rested for Liverpool.

Danso was one of the best options available this window for sure.

A couple of interesting trades I haven't seen mentioned here

Former Monaco promise Rony Lopes is back to Portugal on loan to Farense after he couldn't even cut it in Turkey for Alanyaspor.

Arthur Melo is also back to Catalonia, on loan to Girona from Juventus

Olympiakos/Greece mainstay Masouras on loan to Bochum to try and help them stay up, but he's on the wrong side of 30 and in the middle of a bad season for himself in native Greece.

Zalewski on loan from Roma to Inter

Pau Lopez who had lost the starting position at OM goes on loan to Toluca in Mexico!?

Chuba Akpom on loan to Lille after not quite cutting it for Ajax this year.

it’s actually crazy
Not really, he's actually implementing the same system as with Sporting, unlike what ETH did. It's understandable he'd look for players who fit it. Not saying the youngster is that as I don't know how much he played under Amorim, but his age fits United's rebuilding pattern.
