I still don't have a concrete opinion but today he played another good match. I haven't yet understood what the best position for him on the pitch would be, given that he can play more than one role. In the last days of the summer transfer market he received an offer from Fiorentina for 22/23M which was not accepted by Dinamo. I believe that, as of today, he can be sold for more than 25M.
He's actually been struggling the last month or so - including yesterday vs Celtic.
He's playing through some nagging injury, so understandable - but even so, he's been underwhelming for the last while (since the goal and assist game in the NT vs Poland actually).
Lost pretty much every ball and every duel he was a part of yesterday.
I'm not sure about 25m, players from Dinamo don't go for stupid amounts - even the ones who were obviously world class talents and already established players, like Olmo and Gvardiol.
Baturina is a world class talent. No doubt IMO. He's also one of these "hard to exactly place" players in an existing system - like maybe Brahim Diaz. He's not exactly a midfielder, and he's not exactly a forward. An advanced midfielder, etc. - but that can be a problem to work into an existing system unless he's Jude or something. ANd he's not.
So, while I was 100% sure Olmo and Gvardiol were gonna be top top players... I think Baturina has the hardest road to get there, and he really NEEDS to get to a decent club in a top league - but one where he will play.
I'm not sure PSG is the answer there. BVB, Leipzig, even Eintracht Frankfurt and clubs like that... Avoid the EPL, avoid La Liga (though Luka Sucic had established himself in Sociedad's starting 11 quickly, for example).
