Well, we now know CMac is a mad f***ing lad for better or for worse.

Can't call him CNap anymore. Keep them coming. Obviously they need a D and likely need to move out some salary, but even if they ended up being done I wouldn't be that mad. I have high expectations now. Still want to see Marchand on this team.

Have to think if Ritchie was on the table this whole time, JT Miller could've been ours if he chose us. Love the aggressiveness just wish we had clarity on who our long term 2C will be.

It's already been confirmed by the Canucks beat reporter Dhaliwal that Miller did not nix a trade to the Avs even if his preference all along was New York.

Just fyi on Ritchie...


He has 0G, 9A in his last 10 games. This was obviously still a huge price we've given up, but he had been slowing down a lot over the last month+ in the OHL, we'll see what this looks like in a couple of years.

I like Ritchie. But I think he has flaws. I'm not 100% convinced on his future.
