Your original post was calling him out.
My original post:

"How about that 14 hopper to the plate by Abreu in the 10th. How come outfielders can't throw any more?

They talk about Abreu having a great arm. Can anyone imagine Dewy Evans, Roberto Clemente, Rocky Colavito, David Parker, etc. making a throw like that with the go ahead run coming home? Reggie Smith might have launched one into the box seats, but never dribble one into the plate."

Was not calling Abreu out.

His throw was just the example.

I’ve never thought of Evans as a HOF and I watched his entire career - someone has to be very good. However, as much as I liked Harold Baines it’s ridiculous he’s in over Evans. Same for Mazeroski over Grich and eventually Pedroia

Mattingly isn't in either.

Can't figure that one out.

You called him out. It was the point of your original post and now try to deflect that you were wrong

I get it's April, but they really need the bottom of the order to f***ing do something.

Rafaella is JBJ 2.0
Just had to lock him up on a long term deal after proving very little. That's my problem with those types of deals. That's what you want to pay a 4th outfielder who can't hit?

This blowout was guaranteed the moment O'Brien and Middlebrooks made fun of the White Sox yesterday

Mattingly every time I watched him I was this guy is a HOF

After 5-6 years he might have been second only to Gehrig as the best first baseman ever (granted that’s up to late 80’s, thirty five years ago - whoa!!! Where did time go)

The Hall of Fame is a museum not Heaven or Hell. Mattingly was baseball in the 80’s. I was actually jealous the Yankees had him and we had Boggs - I can’t think of any other time I’ve felt that way

Boggs is in the Hall and should be but Donny Baseball is not

Ah cherry picking mediocre analytics stats for a guy who hasn't hit a lick this year and was injured and not hitting a lick for part of last year. It's a new low.
I’m team Casas …..but I get it that people can’t stand him

I’m assuming he’s going to hit 13 homers in May or June or both but watching him take hittable pitchers are foul off 90 mile an hour cutters that barely broke

He’s a good fielder but when he screws up it seems to bite us

This post by QBF is sadly bang on

I just love talking "quality of hard hit balls"

I thought they only cared about eXIt VeLO but now there is a quality aspect of the balls you hit hard. What a joke. Casas was useless for them last year and has sucked so far this season. Facts.

Don't love Casas.

I still have high hopes for him.

But no faith in him.

Cora should consider moving Abreu and Campbell up to 4th and 5th in the lineup and Casa and Story down to 6th and 7th.

Sox with 11 Ks and 5 errors last night. Bregman the only hitter that didn't strikeout. Devers the only hitter to walk.

Can we blame everything on Sabol?
