If I didn't know any better, I'd swear the Sox are deliberately trying to f*** this guy's career up. I thought they sent him down to get some confidence back at the plate. Now he's gotta learn a new position too? WTF are they doing?

Are they gonna slot him in at catcher too, if Narvaez gets hurt?

LOL. No it isn't. Its one thing to do it with a guy who's been in the league 7 years. That's not something you do with rookies who are still trying to figure out MLB pitching.

I don’t know. The only thing that makes sense is they’re trying to make room for him and Mayer. It seems shortsighted, for sure. He should have started at AAA.

Campbell’s production tank almost directly traces back to his rib injury. He’s always had weird swing mechanics and my guess is they’re just out of sync now as a result of it (well, they’re clearly out of sync I guess…we all see it)

When Bregman gets back I’d move Mayer to SS and Story to 2B, I think it’s gonna be Mayer at 2B though
