Zeev Buium making his NHL debut in the playoffs. Going from college into NHL playoffs is a big jump especially for a Dman. Must be a crazy experience.

I can't remember how many times I posted here wanting us to go after him, only to be told by all the geniuses how overrated he was, how soft he is, etc.

Most here would have shot down a Pelech for Nylander swap 3 years ago . . .

Best time of the year. I like the Avs going the distance (HMs—Vegas, Jets, , Cats, Bolts). Dallas missing their two best players puts them at a significant disadvantage in this series.

He is not a physical player, but he's not afraid of hits. There's a real streakiness to his game so you have to take the ebbs and flows as they come.

Nice job sweet Lou for trading an aging Nelson on an expiring contract who according to Avs fans looks soft, afraid of taking hits and not producing when it matters. Received the AVS #1 prospect and a 1st rounder. Not too shabby for a guy who lost his fastball eh?

Us Hfavs fans, are wanting him paired with Lehky and Necas, so he's a got a play driver-speed guy and a grinder-do it all.

He's not working with Nichushkin and Drouin-this line seems to have a disconnect.

I've been way more impressed with Charlie Coyle. He's driving play, setting up shots, great board work, keeps the puck after contact.

I keep hoping to see some of this from Nelson.
