Thanks for these! Best part of the playoffs is the great avatars that come out of it. Its also the only time I update my avatar, I still have the ones from the 2017 run saved on my laptop somewhere. Went with the Caufield one this year as I was at that game!

I've done HFHabs avatars 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2021, and I absolutely love your idea. The first pane "Why not us?" is gorgeous and the idea of using wordless pictures of this season key moments is simple and clever. Well done! My only suggestion would be to make it a three-pane avatar as to make the pictures come out a little more. See below for an example. I also like to grey out anything not Habs to make the subject pop even more (I use clipping masks to do it really fast),
I can help with the requests too if you want!

Do you use Photoshop? If so, I can make a few screenshots to show how to greyout an image background. It's quite easy really.

Well you're crafty!! For B&W background you can use : LunaPic.com Photo Editor Load tool
It's not perfect but it looks OK whn I tested on Lurch pic :
