I can't believe how much the Pacific leaders are wobbling with the chance to play a floundering team like Minnesota in the 1st round. Kings are in a position to win that division with a good winning streak.

Also wonder looking at schedules if St. Louis doesn't catch Minnesota in the next 2 weeks. Easy to see St. Louis going 5-2 maybe 6-1with Minnesota going 3-4, maybe 2-5 in that stretch.

No, WC1/WC2 is probably Wild/Blues. Flames don’t have the horses to do it. They need to win 7/9 to end the season.

Stars were playing some brutal hockey the last 3 weeks or so, but still finding ways to win. Not sure if it's a bad thing to be playing poorly 10 games before the playoffs or a good thing that in their worst month of the season they've gone 11-2-2.

Wouldn't go that far, just yet........Flames are 5pts back with two games in hand, still some runway left to pull it off.

Crazy how dominant the Central's been this season though.....strongest division in the league by far.

In the 9 "normal" seasons (excluding 19-20 and 20-21) since the divisions and playoffs were restructured, the Central Division has taken 14 of the 18 possible wild card spots, and it's looking quite likely that it'll be 16 of 20 after this year.
