Is there anything you won't defend Kyle for?

This shit today can't be defended but here you are doing your best to defend it

Kyle is not fit for his job and it will be amazing to see what useless sack of shit he hires as coach this offseason to ruin kids and play Brodie and other shit over them

I have severe depression and usually it stays under control with meds but damn, maybe I need to send you some because you are really off your rocker!!

That isnt healthy for you!

I think we will laugh about losing our shit over a 2nd round pick possibly for Donto in a few years.

And who care sabout Weber contract? That is off the books after next year and we need that to hit the floor.

People need to relax and realize Donato is a positive part of our team! We can’t keep trading anything of value year after year after year. If he signs for a decent contract to help this team get out of the basement then that is 95% better than any second we could get.
People just need their dopamine hit today even if it is a detriment in the long run.

Wait....what....we are NOT signing Rantanen (or Marner) this Summer?

Not sure why all the beats are giving the line about "too many 2nd round picks" or whatever. A 2nd round pick would be more useful than a 34 year old Donato will be in six years when he's either retired or three teams later.

Depending how the Marchand trade is wouldn’t we possibly get Floridas 2027 first rounder assuming they trade their 2026 one for Marchand?

Likely to be more useful than a 29 yr old Donato next year after he regresses badly

There are literally no positives to cling to as Hawk fan at this point. Cant wait to watch Sorenson sit kids for f***ing Brodie and other trash the rest of year

The Hawks clearly weren’t offered a 1st for Donato, so whatever. I would have been pissed if they extended him early in the day without letting it play out. But they set a price and didn’t get it, so I’m okay they stayed put.

Impatient people who think the Hawks should be trying to be good since last year.

Reality is another year at the bottom for assets to mature before being rushed and more key assets added, is needed. It's after that, when it's finally a more reasonable push to want to win.

No we have their 2026 for sure. Their 2025 was top 10 protected to Calgary, or pushed to 2026 it obviously won't be top 10, so they will get the 25.

A respected GM would have been offered a 1st

1sts were being thrown around like candy at the deadline

Nobody offered them to Kyle because they don't respect him

No the conditions with the Florida pick (traded to the Flames) is it's lottery protected. So if Florida is in the lottery this year with that pick the Flames would get the 26 pick and we get the 27 pick. Which won't happen.

What does it have to do with respect? A team will not not trade for a player they want because they don’t like the other GM? Each team tries to improve, and refusing to trade with specific GMs would be dumb as f***. It’s not kindergarten.

The amusing cognitive dissonance here.

Wait is Donato a worthless bottom 6 bum not worth a 1st... or would he be worth if from 1st from a random old boys club member?

We all know Donato wasn't seen as worth a 1st

Only thing that we are sure of is that you dont respect Kyle, hell you dont respect anybody else for that matter!! Maybe go read your old scouting reports and look at yourself in the mirror while tapping yourself on the back for how smart and good you are!!

Repating myself....but how the hell do we not open up even a SINGLE F roster spot to slide college signings into....we'll probably scratch them so we can watch Maroon slog around the ice instead.
