I doubt he slides to 17, but last year I didn't think Demidov be there at 5.

It probably all depends on whether we trade one (or both) of our 1st round picks for a center. If we only have one 1st round pick, we may be less likely to take on a risky pick.

Very tough. I think it's far likelier Martin would be available than O'Brien at this point, and I do have the latter ahead on my limited list, but I have time for Martin's case on the Habs team construction.

OHL playoffs will definitely paint a canvas.

People picking in the Desnoyers/Frondell range aren't going to be trading back into the teens. Those teams need quality too.

O’Brien has elite vision/passing and can score in many ways.

Martin has been one of my favorite player to watch through the year and I think he would fit well with the habs.

Might be 23 years old, but he had a great year in Boston.
He's got good AHL potential, might even crack Habs lineup if he keeps improving.
