I was a bit underwhelmed with Ritchie to be honest. He also has a knack for not finishing grade A opportunities, something that may really limit his ceiling

I changed my original like to a love to confirm what RIAL is saying.
Oh, no. I didn't hate him by any means. I just don't see the first-overall hype everyone is claiming he is.
I admit I haven't watched a lot of him in the OHL since I don't really have that much free time anymore, and this tourney is not a good judge of talent, but I just don't see why teams draft minute-muncher defenceman first overall. EJ, Ekblad, Power, and Schaefer—they are all cut from the same cloth IMHO. Top 5 and 10 worthy for sure, but not 1st overall worthy.

I kind of wish Natural Stat Trick would cover the World Junior games the way they cover each individual NHL game. I'd love to see some of the Corsi, Fenwich, xG stats for some of these players.
