The Dodgers are making a mockery of the game

They make the Chiefs likeable

They can't offer Sasaki more than anyone else. How is it their fault that Japanese players want to be on the west coast closer to their country and play for the best franchise in baseball?

What arguments do other teams such as the Sox have to make it difficult for the players to not sign where they are most comfortable with?

"Hey Roki, just for the record, if you're truly a phenom and put up a 8 WAR MVP-type of season, we're already letting you know that we are going to screw you over 500k in arbitration. You need a pen?"

I disagree. The Dodgers are what I want the Red Sox to be.

As for Casas, ultimately I can handle his bizarre behavior IF I knew I was getting a reliable, dependable player. He hasn't proven to be that yet. Out much longer than expected last year when the team needed him and then calls himself a warrior or tough blah blah blah for finally coming back. That's what I can do without. Be in the lineup, produce and feel free to do whatever the hell you want.

It's not like these trade rumors are coming from fans. There's some smoke there. Clearly the organization isn't sold on him.
