I like Casas, but... I don't hate that trade. They'd have to extend Helsley, though.
I do it if they take Yoshida. Otherwise I think that package can garner some really good young MLB players. Hell I would add a bit more for Vladdy....
 
Arguably, Herrera IS a really good young MLB player.

And Ryan Helsley's a stud. You'd just have to sign him.
I'm not arguing there is value there, but I think giving up controllable young players merits a bit better return considering Helsey is only signed this year. Arenado isn't exactly positive value these days either. I don't hate the return, I just think we can bleed more out of it.

Yeah I’d have no problem at all with that one. Herrera would be their starting catcher, Helsley would be their closer
